Section 3A:56-9.14 - Water skiing

(a) The home shall ensure that:

1. No water skiing occurs after sunset or before sunrise;

2. The water skier wears a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) rated class II or III by the U.S. Coast Guard;

3. A staff member other than the boat driver sits in the boat and acts as an observer of the water skier;

4. There is one staff member for every six additional children on the dock or on land; and

5. The motor boat used for water skiing meets all of the regulations as specified in 3A:56-9.10.
