Chapter 128, Manual of Standards for Group Homes, was repealed, and a new Chapter 128, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was adopted as R.1991 d.66, effective February 19, 1991. See: 22 N.J.R. 2916(a), 23 N.J.R. 476(a).

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 128, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was readopted as R.1996 d.118, effective January 31, 1996. See: 27 N.J.R. 4266(a), 28 N.J.R. 1379(c). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 128, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, expired on January 31, 2001.
Chapter 128, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was adopted as new rules by R.2001 d.171, effective May 21, 2001. See: 33 N.J.R. 188(a), 33 N.J.R. 1612(a).
Chapter 128, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was readopted as R.2006 d.433, effective November 17, 2006. See: 38 N.J.R. 2610(a), 38 N.J.R. 5362(b).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 128, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was scheduled to expire on November 17, 2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 128, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was readopted as R.2014 d.103, effective May 16, 2014. See: 46 N.J.R. 7(a), 46 N.J.R. 1473(b).
Chapter 56, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was recodified from N.J.A.C. 10:128, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, by administrative change, effective January 3, 2017. As part of the recodification, attendant technical changes were made to the rule text concerning cross-references, agency names, addresses, etc. See: 49 N.J.R. 98(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1, Chapter 56, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was scheduled to expire on May 16, 2021. Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 127 (2020) and 244 (2021) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would otherwise have expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) is extended through January 1, 2022. Chapter 56, Manual of Requirements for Children's Group Homes, was readopted, effective December 1, 2021. See: Source and Effective Date.
