Section 3A:56-8.2 - Vehicle insurance requirements

(a) The home or agency shall maintain vehicle liability insurance for bodily injury or death in minimum amounts of $ 250,000 per person and $ 500,000 per accident for every vehicle that is:
1. Owned or leased by the home or agency;
and
2. Utilized to transport children
residing in the home.
(b) If the home or agency contracts transportation services, the home shall ensure that the company maintains insurance coverage as identified in (a) above.
