If the Division or the Department of Children and Families' Office of Communications denies the media or a member of the public access to information about a child fatality or near fatality under this chapter, he or she may seek disclosure of the information through the Chancery Division of the Superior Court, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 9:6-8.10a.f.
