CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 133G, Client Information, was adopted as R.1996 d.35, effective March 18, 1996. See: 27 N.J.R. 37(a), 28 N.J.R. 1538(a).
Subchapter 4, Disclosure of Information to the Media And Public About Child Fatalities and Near Fatalities, was adopted as new rules by R.1999 d.255, effective August 2, 1999. See: 30 N.J.R. 3918(a), 31 N.J.R. 2214(b).
Subchapter 5, Release of Information to Government Entities, was adopted as new rules by R.1999 d.255, effective August 2, 1999. See: 30 N.J.R. 3918(a), 31 N.J.R. 2214(b).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 133G, Client Information, was readopted as R.2001 d.114, effective March 8, 2001. See: 32 N.J.R. 3968(a), 33 N.J.R. 1141(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1c, Chapter 133G, Client Information, expired on September 4, 2006. See: 38 N.J.R. 1634(b).
Chapter 133G, Client Information, expired on September 4, 2006, and was adopted as new rules by R.2007 d.157, effective May 21, 2007. As part of R.2007 d.157, Subchapter 4, Disclosure of Information to the Media and Public About Child Fatalities and Near Fatalities, was renamed Disclosure of Information to the Media and Public About a Child Fatality or Near Fatality, effective May 21, 2007. See: 38 N.J.R. 1634(b), 39 N.J.R. 2115(b).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 133G, Client Information, was scheduled to expire on May 21, 2014. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 133G, Client Information, expired on November 17, 2014, and was adopted as new rules by R.2015 d.073, effective May 4, 2015. As part of R.2015 d.073, Subchapter 2, Disclosure of Client Information to a Client, was renamed Disclosure of Client Information, Subchapter 3, Release of Client Information to Persons Other than the Client, was repealed, Subchapter 4, Disclosure of Information to the Media and Public About A Child Fatality or Near Fatality, was recodified as Subchapter 3, and Subchapter 5, Release of Information to Government Entities, was repealed, effective May 4, 2015. Chapter 3, Client Information, was recodified from N.J.A.C. 10:133G, Client Information, by administrative change, effective January 3, 2017. As part of the recodification, attendant technical changes were made to the rule text concerning cross-references, agency names, addresses, etc. See: 49 N.J.R. 98(a).

Chapter 3, Client Information, was readopted, effective April 1, 2022. See: Source and Effective Date.
