Subchapter 3 - DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THE MEDIA AND PUBLIC ABOUT A CHILD FATALITY OR NEAR FATALITY
- Section 3A:3-3.1 - Authority for disclosure of information
- Section 3A:3-3.2 - Who may disclose information to the media or a member of the public about a child fatality or near fatality
- Section 3A:3-3.3 - Procedures for the request and provision of information related to a fatality or near fatality
