Section 3:18-6.1 - Reports to the Department

Each business licensee shall file a report with the Department annually on or before May 1 of each year. The report shall be submitted on forms provided by the Department and shall indicate specified information relating to the licensee's foreclosure consulting activity, including the number of foreclosure consultant agreements entered into by the licensee, the number of accounts on which the licensee received compensation in accordance with the Act and this chapter, and the total amount of compensation so received during the reporting period. In accordance with 3:1-7.6, a business licensee shall be subject to a penalty for any late filed annual report.
