Beginning July 1, 2013, the term for foreclosure consultant licenses shall be two years. The term shall begin on July 1 of each odd numbered year and end on June 30 of the next odd numbered year as set forth in 3:23-2.2(b). All renewed licenses and all licenses initially issued or reinstated during a license term shall expire on June 30 of the year in which that license term will terminate.
