Section 3:17-2.4 - Application for renewal of a license

(a) A person who holds in good standing a license as a consumer lender or sales finance company who seeks to renew a license pursuant to this section shall submit the following in connection with the renewal application:
1. A completed renewal application form as
prescribed by the Commissioner which shall include the following:
i. The name of the applicant;
ii. The location of the principal place of
business of the applicant; and
iii.
A certification that the applicant has net worth and liquid assets as specified
in 17:11C-16, in the case of a
consumer lender.
(b) No license shall be renewed unless all assessments due and owing as of the expiration date of the current license and any late fees accrued have been paid.
