Section 3:10-9.4 - Retention requirements

(a) All creditors shall retain copies of the information they report to the Department as set forth in 3:10-9.3 for at least three years from the date reported.
(b) The Commissioner may, during the aforesaid retention period, request the production of a readable copy of the reported information for audit purposes.
