An applicant for licensure as an architect, who has met all the requirements of RSA 310- A and these rules and who has paid all of the fees, shall be issued a license by the board. The licensee shall be issued a license authorizing the practice of architecture that shall show the name of the licensee, shall have a serial number, and shall be sealed and signed by the members of the board.
