(1) In addition to any commercial pest control service, if one is utilized, a specially designated employee must be made responsible for the performance of a regularly scheduled insect and rodent control program. Poisonous substances, insecticides, and rodenticides must be properly labeled, and be handled, stored, and used in such a manner as not to create a public-health hazard.
