(1) Persons found to be in violation of rules or laws relating to brucellosis may be:
(a)
guilty of a misdemeanor as described in
81-2-113, MCA; and
(b) subject to departmental expenses
regarding the investigation if a violation of law has taken place, as defined
in 81-2-109, MCA.
