(1) Animals are subject to the rules of this subchapter if:
(a) they are affected with, directly exposed
to, or suspected of being affected with or exposed to a disease or condition
found in ARM
32.3.104 or made subject to this
subchapter through ARM 32.3.104;
(b) the owner or person in control of the
animals refuses to submit to any tests or treatments required or permitted
under the laws of Montana or the administrative rules of the Department of
Livestock.
