Rule 32.15.901 - NOTICE OF CHANGE OF EMPLOYMENT STATUS

(1) All livestock dealers who employ agents must immediately notify the department of livestock of any changes in employment status relative to those agents.
(a) Failure to notify the department of
livestock of any change in employment status may constitute a violation serious
enough to initiate and invoke the provisions of
81-8-273 and
81-8-274, MCA.
