Rule 32.10.201 - DEFINITIONS

(1) "Milk and cream tester" means a person who conducts tests on milk or cream for butterfat, protein, solids or other components when such milk or cream is bought and paid for on the basis of the value of butterfat, protein, solids or other component content.
