An initial screening test result shall be determined to be positive based upon the following cutoff levels:
Initial Test Level ------------------------ nanograms per milliliter)
A. Marijuana metabolites --------------- 50;
B. Cocaine metabolites ----------------- 300;
C. Opiate metabolites ------------------ 300;
D. Phencyclidine ----------------------- 25;
E. Amphetamines --------------------- 1,000.
