Sec. 1.
The purpose of this rule is to implement the long term care ombudsman program authorized by IC 12-10-13-17 and 42 U.S.C. 3058g which includes identifying, receiving, investigating, resolving, or attempting to resolve complaints and concerns regarding the health, safety, welfare, or rights of residents.
Transferred from the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services ( 460 IAC 1-7-1) to the Division of Aging ( 455 IAC 1-8-1) by P.L. 153-2011, SECTION 21, effective July 1, 2011.
