Under P.L. 39-2015, SECTION 3, the statutory authority to adopt rules has been transferred from the Director of the Division of Aging to the Secretary of the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services, effective July 1, 2015. Rules adopted by the Director before July 1, 2015, are considered rules of the Secretary.
