Sec. 1.

The purpose of this rule is to implement the community and home options to institutional care for the elderly and disabled program, authorized by IC 12-10-10, which provides case management services, assessment, and in-home and community services to individuals who are at least sixty (60) years of age or persons of any age who have a disability due to a mental or physical impairment and who are found to be at risk of losing their independence.

Transferred from the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services ( 460 IAC 1-4-1 ) to the Division of Aging ( 455 IAC 1-5-1 ) by P.L. 153-2011, SECTION 21, effective July 1, 2011.
