Sec. 2.
Each housing with services establishment, center for independent living, and area agency on aging shall post a notice that advises residents of a housing with services establishment of their rights under IC 12-10-15.
Transferred from the Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services ( 460 IAC 1-11-2) to the Division of Aging ( 455 IAC 1-11-2) by P.L. 153-2011, SECTION 21, effective July 1, 2011.
