The Board can take disciplinary action including revocation against a licensed pain management clinic upon a finding that the owner or a physician practicing in the clinic has engaged in conduct identified in O.C.G.A. Section 43-34-8as a ground for disciplinary action or as provided in O.C.G.A. Section 43-34-284.
