In accordance with the Rules of the State Ethics Commission Rule 189-2-.08 (2), upon the issuance of an Initial Decision by a Hearing Officer, the State Ethics Commission Staff shall, within two (2) business days of issuance of an Initial Decision, provide the text of the Initial Decision to Commissioners with a recommendation from Commission Staff of what action, if any, the Commission should take on the Initial Decision.
