3 AAC 48.660 - Burden of proof

Every applicant shall have the burden of furnishing whatever information and data that may be required to prove to the commission's satisfaction that the applicant has, or will, comply with the governing law and the provisions of any applicable rule, regulation or order of the commission. When a governing law requires the commission to make a finding in regard to any application, the applicant shall, in each case, have the burden of furnishing whatever information, data, and documents may be required to prove to the commission's satisfaction that the finding is justified.
