Chapter 58, SLA 1999 transferred the functions of the former Department of Community and Regional Affairs to a new Department of Community and Economic Development, effective July 1, 1999.
Ch. 47, SLA 2004 changed the name of the department contained in this title. As of Register 171 (October 2004), the regulations attorney conformed the title to the name change.
