Chapter 36 - Standards for Mobile Homes (Deleted)

Chapter 104 SLA 1980 repealed the statutes granting authority to the Department of Commerce and Economic Development to adopt regulations setting standards for mobile homes. Therefore, those regulations, in 3 AAC 36, have been deleted from the Alaska Administrative Code, as of Register 75. They were grouped into three articles: art. 1, plan approval (3 AAC 36.010 - 3 AAC 36.170); art. 2, construction standards (3 AAC 36.180 and 3 AAC 36.190); and art. 3, definitions (3 AAC 36.200).
