In 3 AAC 30.010 - 3 AAC 30.040
(1) "Carrier" means an insurer authorized to write workers' compensation insurance pursuant to AS 21.09;
(2) "Mandatory pool" means the workers' compensation insurance assigned risk pool in which participation by insurers is mandatory; and
(3) "Voluntary pool" means the workers' compensation insurance assigned risk pool in which participation by insurers is voluntary.
