3 AAC 26.760 - Report to contract owners

For an annuity in a payout period with changes in non-guaranteed elements and for the entire accumulation period of a deferred annuity the insurer shall provide each contract owner a report at least annually that contains the status of the contract including at a minimum the following:

(1) the beginning and ending dates of the current report period;

(2) the accumulation and cash surrender value, if any, at the end of

(A) the previous report period; and

(B) the current report period;

(3) during the current report period, the total amounts, if any,

(A) credited to the contract value;

(B) charged to the contract value; or

(C) paid;

(4) the amount of outstanding loans, if any, as of the end of the current report period.

In 2010 the revisor of statutes, acting under AS 01.05.031, renumbered former AS 21.36.150 as AS 21.36.900. As of Register 196 (January 2011), the regulations attorney made a conforming technical revision under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), to the authority citation that follows 3 AAC 26.760, so that the citation to former AS 21.36.150 now refers to the renumbered statute, AS 21.36.900.
