(a) Failure to comply with 3 AAC 21.865 - 3 AAC 21.899 will result in the treatment of an insurer's securities as nonadmitted assets for purposes of each financial statement filed with the director.
(b) If an insurer entered into a custody agreement before August 31, 2008, the insurer shall bring that agreement into compliance with 3 AAC 21.865 - 3 AAC 21.899 on or before June 30, 2009.
