(a) The provisions of 3 AAC 21.800 - 3 AAC 21.845 apply to all insurers and fraternal benefit societies transacting the business of life insurance, annuities, or health insurance in this state and to all insurers and fraternal benefit societies that reinsure life insurance, annuities, or health insurance in this state and are required to file an annual statement.
(b) Repealed 1/1/2005.
