As of Register 130 (July 1994), regulations in this article [3 AAC 96.010 - 3 AAC 96.070], which had been adopted [effective 7/28/76, Register 59,] by the former Alaska State Housing Authority (ASHA), were deleted by the regulations attorney as obsolete. ASHA ceased to exist on July 1, 1992 (ch. 4, FSSLA 1992) and its functions were simultaneously transferred to the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC). See 15 AAC for relevant AHFC regulations.
