Chapter 92 - Alaska Product Preference
3 AAC 92.090 - Eligibility for preference on a bid

(a) The Alaska product preference list, with updates, that was published at least 30 days before an invitation to bid or request for proposal for commodities and services, and at least 90 days before an invitation to bid for construction, is issued will be the basis for establishing the percentage of Alaska product preference for the products to be included in responses to the invitation or request.

(b) The Alaska products preference percentages set out in AS 36.30.332 will be applied to the declared value of the Alaska product or products designated for use by the contractor in his or her bid or proposal and not to the contractor's total bid or proposal.
