(a) When the department and the advisory council determine that the grant application is ready for final review, the application will be forwarded to
(1) the
state assessor for verification of the fair market value of any real
property;
(2) the Department of
Transportation and Public Facilities for review in accordance with provisions
of AS
35.10.190.
(b) If further information is required, the applicant may be requested to resubmit the application or to submit additional information.
