Former 3 AAC 87.010 - 3 AAC 87.050 were repealed effective 9/11/85, Register 95, and the substance of those sections was reorganized and renumbered. The new numbering and the organization of the material in 3 AAC 87.010 - 3 AAC 87.900 bears no resemblance to the numbering and organization of that material before that date. Therefore, the history notes for those sections do not reflect the history of those sections before 9/11/85.
