3 AAC 20.200 - Taxes and assessments

(a) Advertising which contains statements regarding taxes and the amounts of taxes must employ the latest available figures.

(b) Advertising which refers to the purchase price of the land must also include any additional compulsory assessments or costs to the prospective purchaser that are known, or should be reasonably known, at the time of disposition.
