3 AAC 16.090 - Fee for accepting service of process

The nonrefundable fee for the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development to act as an agent for service of process, notice, or demand under AS 10.06, AS 10.20, AS 10.25, AS 10.40, AS 10.45, AS 10.50, AS 10.55, AS 32.06, or AS 32.11 is $25.

In making the emergency amendments to 3 AAC 16.090 permanent in Register 136 (January 1996) the regulations attorney disapproved one of the amendments.

As of Register 171 (October 2004), the regulations attorney made technical revisions under AS 44.62.125(b)(6) to reflect the name change of the Department of Community and Economic Development to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development made by ch. 47, SLA 2004 and the corresponding title change of the commissioner of community and economic development.
