3 AAC 16.080 - Fees for copies
Current through February 24, 2025
(a) The nonrefundable fee for an uncertified copy of a one-page document or a biennial report is $1.
(b) The nonrefundable fee for an uncertified copy of a specified document that contains more than one page and that pertains to one corporation file is $10.
(c) The fee for an uncertified copy of all the documents contained in one corporation file is $30 for up to 50 pages and $1 per page for each additional page above 50.
(d) The nonrefundable fee to obtain a certificate of corporate status is $10.
(e) The nonrefundable fee to certify a document as a true and correct copy is $5.
(f) The nonrefundable fee for an electronic copy, on compact disc-read only memory (CD-ROM), of the department's database of business entity filings is $25.
In making the emergency amendments to 3 AAC 16.080(b) and (c) permanent in Register 136 (January 1996), the regulations attorney made minor technical amendments not reflected in the history note.
Effective 7/1/2014, Register 211, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development readopted 3 AAC 16.080, without change, to affirm the validity of that section following statutory amendments made in ch. 60 SLA 2013. Section 10, ch. 60, SLA 2013 added AS 10.55.603.
