(a) If a license becomes inactive under AS 06.60.090, the license remains inactive until the license expires or is revoked or suspended, the person who holds the inactive license surrenders the license, or the department grants the person's request to reactivate the license, whichever first occurs.
(b) Repealed 1/1/2017.
