3 AAC 14.917 - Change of labels for license or registration status designations used by the registry

If the registry uses a label for a license or a registration status that is different from a label used in this chapter for the license or registration status, a change of license or registration status through the registry is effective for the licensee or the registered depository institution without regard to the difference in the label used.
