3 AAC 12.240 - "Blind" loan advertisements prohibited

Universal Citation: 3 AK Admin Code 3 AAC 12.240

Current through February 24, 2025

Licensees shall not use "blind" loan advertisements wherein they refer only to telephone numbers or newspaper box addresses. Every advertisement shall clearly indicate the identity of the licensee.
