When a note has been reduced to judgment, the account record must show the date of judgment, the amount of judgment, and any court costs. After the notice has been reduced to judgment, all payments received must be applied on the judgment and properly itemized. Account records or cards for these loans must be segregated and maintained separately by the licensee.
