Publisher's note: As a part of a comprehensive reorganization and revision of 18 AAC 34, effective 12/18/97, Register 144, the Department of Environmental Conservation assigned new section numbers to regulations formerly at 18 AAC 34.405, 18 AAC 34.410, and 18 AAC 34.415. Because of a printing error, the former regulations appear in the main Alaska Administrative Code pamphlet for July 1999. However, those regulations are no longer in effect. The subject matter of the former regulations is now addressed at 18 AAC 34.500 - 18 AAC 34.525.
