An applicant for an electrical administrator license in the controls and control wiring category will be examined to determine the
(1) applicant's knowledge of low voltage control wiring;
(2) familiarity with the applicable portions of the regulations contained in the National Electrical Code and other applicable installation and safety regulations approved by the American National Standards Institute; and
(3) practical skill and ability in low voltage control wiring.
