12 AAC 32.235 - Scope of an electrical administrator license in the residential wiring category

(a) The holder of an electrical administrator license in the residential wiring category may supervise all work defined in (b) of this section, in accordance with AS 08.40.195, on a residential dwelling unit not exceeding three stories in height and no larger than a four-plex except three phase services and wiring.
(b) Residential wiring is limited to the residential occupancies described in (a) of this section, and includes
(1) inside
wiring work as defined in
12 AAC
32.165(b);
(2) inside communications work as defined in
12 AAC 32.195(b);
and
(3) control and control wiring
work as defined in
12 AAC
32.275(b).
