11 AAC 93.125 - Cancellation of permits

A permit will, in the commissioner's discretion, be cancelled, and the case file closed, if the permittee (1) does not develop and make use of the appropriation within the permit time period, or (2) as provided in AS 46.15.175, violates a term or condition of the permit.
