The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has submitted the following information collection requests (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995: 1620-0002. This information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on March 7, 2013 at 78 FR 14807, allowing for OMB review and a 60-day public comment period. No comments were received. This notice allows for an additional 30 days for public comment.
Notice of Proposed Information Collection
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Information Officer, invites comments on the proposed information collection request as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Currently, the U.S. Secret Service, within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, is soliciting comments concerning the SSF 3237, U.S. Secret Service Facility Access Request (formerly titled Contractor Personnel Access Application Form).
