EIA requests a three-year extension with changes for the Petroleum Supply Reporting System (PSRS). The PSRS consists of six weekly surveys that make up the Weekly Petroleum Supply Reporting System (WPSRS), eight monthly surveys, and one annual survey. The weekly petroleum and biofuels supply surveys collect data on petroleum refinery operations, blending, biofuels production, inventory levels, imports of crude oil, petroleum products, and biofuels from samples of operating companies. The monthly and annual petroleum and biofuels supply surveys collect data on petroleum refinery operations, blending, biofuels production, natural gas plant liquids production, inventory levels, imports, inter-regional movements, and storage capacity for crude oil, petroleum products, and biofuels.

EIA invites public comment on the proposed collection of information, Form EIA-871 Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS) as required under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. EIA requests a three-year extension, with changes, of CBECS, OMB Control Number 1905-0145. This form collects data on energy consumption and expenditures and energy-related building characteristics for the commercial sector of the national economy.

EIA submitted an information collection request for extension as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension, with no changes, of its Uranium Data Program, OMB Control Number 1905-0160. The Uranium Data Program collects data on domestic uranium supply and demand activities, including production, exploration and development, trade, purchases and sales available to the U.S. The users of these data include Congress, Executive Branch agencies, the nuclear and uranium industry, electric power industry, and the public.

EIA is requesting a three-year extension, without changes, of Form NWPA-830G Appendix GStandard Remittance Advice for Payment of Fees, including Annex A to Appendix G, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Form NWPA-830G is part of the Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High-Level Radioactive Waste. Generators and owners of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste of domestic origin paid fees into the nuclear waste fund based on net electricity generated and sold as defined in the Standard Contract.

The information collection requests a three-year extension of its ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery'' under OMB Control No. 1905-0210. This generic clearance enables EIA to collect customer and stakeholder feedback in an efficient, timely manner, in accordance with our commitment to ensure that our programs are effective, meet our customers' needs, and receive feedback on improving service delivery to the public.

The information collection requests a three-year extension of its Form OE-417 Electric Emergency Incident and Disturbance Report, OMB Control Number 1901- 0288. The form collects information on electric emergency incidents and disturbances for DOE's use in fulfilling its overall national security and National Response Framework and other energy management responsibilities.
