Railroad Retirement Board August 28, 2020 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

To implement the executive order ``Promoting the Rule of Law Through Improved Agency Guidance Documents,'' we are amending our regulations to set forth procedures for issuing guidance documents. The amendment defines ``guidance'' document and explains the procedures that the Railroad Retirement Board will follow in issuing a guidance document.
