WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding United States-Anti-Dumping Measures on Oil Country Tubular Goods From Korea
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (``USTR'') is providing notice that on December 22, 2014, the Republic of Korea requested consultations with the United States under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (``WTO Agreement'') concerning antidumping measures on oil country tubular goods from Korea. That request may be found at www.wto.org contained in a document designated as WT/DS488/1. USTR invites written comments from the public concerning the issues raised in this dispute.
CAFTA-DR Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding Guatemala's Failure To Effectively Enforce Its Labor Laws
