The Office of the United States Trade Representative (``USTR'') is providing notice that on January 31, 2011, the Republic of Korea requested consultations with the United States under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (``WTO Agreement'') concerning antidumping measures regarding corrosion- resistant carbon steel flat products from Korea.
